Return For Credit Policy: APD will take back any stocked item that is in like new, resalable condition, having never been installed or powered on, for full credit within 30 days of invoicing. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any product over 60 days will be at the discretion of the Alarm Products Distributors Service. Products returned after 90 days will not be taken back for credit.

Nonstock Items: Items that are special ordered for the customer and not stocked by APD, that are returned for credit, will be subject to the manufacturer's return policy. This includes any restocking fees as well as the cost of the return freight to the manufacturer.

Defective Product: Alarm Products Distributors will honor the manufacturers policy. (The defective product may be sent in for repair or swapped out over the counter).
